Mike Wilson
Chairman, Technology Director, Investor, Founder
Inventor, entrepreneur, business builder, offshore construction expert, subsea engineer. Founded Ecosse Subsea in 1996, built to £30m turnover, £7m EBITDA, sold to Oceaneering in March 2018. Subsea expert witness and subsea technology project problem-solver. Mechanical Engineering HND from RGIT. Set up EIP to commercialise technologies in the range of innovative subsea products invented in response to his mantra “There must be a better way”.

Dorothy Burke
Managing Director, Investor
Facilitator, connector, business owner, innovator, builder of teams. Founded Upstream Systems in 1995, grew to 40 people, raised first and second round investment. Dave Pritchard
Offshore Supervisor
Joined at the beginning of the EIP journey, having worked with Mike Wilson at Ecosse Subsea, Dave supervised the Harbour Trials for Ambient Lifter and is an experienced offshore project supervisor with a range of international offshore experience on vessel and platform based offshore projects. He has supported EIP’s development and commercialisation of the Ambient Lifter, working with Stuart Moir in the development of the Ambient Lifter prototypes. Dave’s wealth of experience in the mobilisation of assets and his can-do, practical approach is invaluable in Ambient Lifting offshore projects.
